How It All Began
During the global pandemic, the founders of Manastithi dove deep into the career challenges faced by Indian youth and professionals. The team discovered recurring struggles — including lack of clarity, financial constraints during switches, family pressure, and limited access to unbiased career guidance. This exploration led to professional certifications, international coaching credentials, and hands-on experience with leading organizations such as Mindler and Launch My Career (UK). In parallel, training in clinical, counselling, and organizational psychology was completed through NSDC, building a foundation in both theory and empathy.
Work Experience
The Manastithi team has worked extensively with psychometric and intelligence-based assessments, studying their scientific basis and real-world effectiveness. Hundreds of students have already benefited from personalized guidance built on data-driven reports — and the outcomes speak for themselves.
In 2023, Manastithi’s core team completed leadership training from IIM Ahmedabad, strengthening its organizational insight. This included applying SWOT analysis and psychometric tools to optimize employee performance and build stronger systems in professional environments.
